New portrait: PILAR FERNÁNDEZ 2024
February 23rd 2024 is the birthday of one of my favourite people in the world, my dear friend Pilar Fernández. She is 87 years old, almost nothing. 87 years full of love, emotion and desire to know, beauty and intelligence, painting, poems, meals, friends, wisdom and laughter.
We have gathered to celebrate by eating together, after a long time without being able to do so. And for that reason, I gave her this PILAR FERNÁNDEZ 2024 PORTRAIT (2024, acrylic/canvas, 50×50 cm). At her house, we took some photos of the moment of the delivery of the painting.
